This is the opening line of Bachelors and Bachelorettes, a wild and hilarious mating dance of five characters. In this play, couples break up as quickly as they come together, with every potential bride and groom mutually disgusted by their partner. Does love really matter in a relationship? Do people join relationships driven by love or fear of loneliness? Is intimacy an internal need or just a way to overcome insecurities? Do people even imagine how ridiculous they become by giving in to all their petty egoistic desires? We may never truly find the answers, but it's always fun to observe.
